Need another pair of eyes on our daughter. Husband and I work a hybrid schedule, so most days one of us will be home. In-laws also live in the home and would be present, but we still need someone that can focus on our daughter and give her engaging activities. She loves art, dancing, playing outside, dress up. She's not very picky and just likes to play. Hours would generally be around 8am-1 p.m. Monday-Friday, some varying days/hours
