My son is severe level on the autism, he requires substantial care giver support to carry out basic daily activities. and needs. Caregiver duties will include - Toileting support due to continence issues: Scheduled visits to the toilet that includes cleaning assistance and redress - Dressing support: Putting all clothes on and taking all clothes off as needed. - Eating/ meal support: Some foods require food preparation such as cutting, cleaning and separation. - Personal Hygiene Support: Prepare bathing environment, apply and rinse hygiene products as needed. - Dental hygiene support - Communication Support: Identifying and communicating needs when able. - Observe and prevent eloping activities. - Self Injury Behavior / Aggression prevention
