Babysitter For Young Kids In Gloucester

We are searching for a part-time babysitter two days per week and for the occasional date night. We have four young kids and our ideal match would have some experience with big families or managing multiple children at once. Our life is centered around the home: Dad works remotely, Mom home-schools the kids. We're a Christian household and regularly emphasize treating one another with kindness. We try to run a tight ship and expect kids to clean up and help out. The older two kids are fairly independent and require less active attention than the younger two. All of them love to spend time outside (we have a big yard with an outside dog), read books, and play games. We don't allow much screen time and would ask that you don't spend time on your phone. Some food prep and household upkeep would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
