Looking for long term nanny to come into our home to watch my 19-month-old son and 8-month-old daughter. We have pets so must be okay with that. Previous experience with small children. Ability to communicate clearly with parents as needs come up. Dependable to show up for days needed. Looking to pay flat rate per week unless additional days picked up or dropped off.
