GTube feed toddler with specific nutritional requirements. Scattered development milestones, vocal but cant talk yet. Very active & likes being outside for a walk or just sitting on the porch. Aspiration risk & mostly asymptomatic bronchopulmonary dysplasia. He has in home nursing most days but we both work full time with ever changing schedules. GTube feeds are at 0800, 1100, 1400, 1700, & 2000. Always offer a pouch before each feed & water periodically to encourage oral eating. He loves applesauce pouches, only if theyre cold. Please keep track of how many calories in each pouch he finishes (unfinished pouches live in fridge until finished) we can make sure hes reaching his minimum calorie intake.
