I will be working 830 a.m. till 530 p.m. on weekdays and specially on Tuesday and Thursday I will need to go from work to school and school is 6-9 p.m. I would need help mainly on Tuesday and Thursday with picking up baby from daycare and sitting with the kids at my home until I'm able to get there from school. My kiddos are pretty self sufficient and know what the routine is. My older three get home at 245 from the bus and jump into their chores and then, homework, showers, dinner, free time, and the bed.
