Our family seeks a career nanny and house manager to support our three children and busy lives. This role includes school pick-up, childcare until 8 p.m. two days a week, and one later night weekly or bi-weekly. Ideal hours: 12-8 p.m. (two days) and 2-10 p.m. (one day). House manager hours are flexible if consistent. We live on a farm in Grottoes (30 minutes from Harrisonburg/Crozet) and need someone experienced in childcare and household management. Duties include childcare, organization, and transportation (mileage reimbursed). Hourly pay with salary and commute compensation options after 3 months trial period for the right candidate. Summer availability and a one-year commitment are required. This role offers steady hours (30-35/week) starting in January perfect for an online student or full-time nanny.
