Full-time Position Caring For A One Year-old Toddler

Hi there, I'm looking for help taking care of my 1-year-old son, he is a sweet, loving, energetic little boy. I have one pet in the house. It is an old fat cat, who is very friendly. It will be a full-time position however, the hours will change week to week as my work schedule does change weekly. But it will be full-time. I get my schedule months in advance so you can have an idea of what your schedule will be week to week. I'm hoping for somebody to start ASAP. I live in Great Falls, Virginia. There is a metro station, not far approximately 5 to 7 miles from the house located in Reston. I have one cat, who is very fluffy and friendly.
