Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Glen Allen

I'm currently staying at home with the baby but I'm going to be working full time remotely starting Jan 16th. My husband usually goes to work around 10 a.m. and my two older daughters come home from school around 3 p.m. and could babysit the baby. Hence the core hour will be 10am-3 p.m. But it may increase depending on the day if my husband needs to go in early or the kids have extra activities after school. The baby is turning 7 months so the primary care duty is to feed him solid and breast milk and play with him while he is awake. He's not a good eater of solid so far and hence needs to be patient during feeding.
