Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Glen Allen. I am a single father with 2 children. I have a 13-year-old daughter that doesn't require child care. My son is 4 years old with special needs and has a speech delay. He will need to be picked up from school which is more or less a 5min drive from home and cared for until I return home from work. He is still wearing pull up pampers and we are trying to potty train him but have not been successful. Occasional he will have to be taken to appointments for speech and occupational therapy which is about more or less 10mins from home.
