I will be returning back to work in March from maternity leave. my schedule is 6am-2pm, I work with dementia residents. My child will be a little over 2months & this is just plan B for me. Just in case the help I do have doesn't fall through for me. He is still is on a 2 hour Feeding window and doesn't miss a beat, typically will take about 2-3 naps through out the day. (So I am still waking him up)
