Job Title: Nanny/House Manager Flexible Hours Location: City, State Hours: 15-25 hours per week (flexible schedule, including 1x date night shift) About Us: We are a warm, active family with three wonderful children an 8-year-old, a 6-year-old, and a 15-month-old. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and nurturing individual to help manage our household and care for our kids. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a mix of childcare, household management, and family support in a busy but loving environment. Key Responsibilities: Childcare: Provide attentive and engaging care for our 3 kids, including playtime, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and mealtimes. Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and managing daily household tasks. Errands & Organization: Help with running errands, grocery shopping
