Back-up Babysitter/Mothers Helper Needed For 2 Toddlers In Fredericksburg

We have a 3-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy. We have a fantastic nanny but need a back-up babysitter for days she is sick or out of town. Specifically have a need for a sitter this Thursday, Friday, and Monday, and would be open to re-hiring in the future each time the need arises assuming all goes well the first time. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. I work from home so would be present to supervise/assist as needed, but need someone who is first and foremost amazing with my kids but also willing to jump in wherever needed: running errands, light housekeeping, meal prep, pet care, etc.
