About the job
My boy is very smart and very energetic. Has been reading independently since 20 months. He is on the spectrum and sometimes has difficulty managing emotions in high sensory situations. Looking for someone who has a soft tone and warm demeanor. He loves all books, cars, blocks, and music. He loves to climb and slide (but not a fan of swings). He needs more outside time than most so trips to the playground are a must. He co-regulates really well but can take a moment to get there. Open to in my home or at yours. Must be LBGTQ+ friendly Potty training. He's almost there. Needs clean up support for accidents. Having someone to mirror the efforts I am making to help him learn would be great. Will request to go "potty" for #1 but still getting the hang of #2 Experience with children on the spectrum. Cats (domestic short haired)
