Special Needs Care Attendant Child with CP & Developmental Delays, We are looking for a back-up home care attendant for a 14-year-old child with Cerebral Palsy. Must be responsible, friendly, energetic person to take care of our son on a part time basis. Looking for weekend and evening help. This is a position provided by a Medicaid disability waiver and a complete background check is required. Duties can include: Bathing and hygiene care, Diaper changing, Dressing, Light housekeeping (in childs areas only playroom and childs bedroom), Childs laundry, Making sure child is safe, **MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS** First Aid and CPR Certified preferred. Hourly wage is 17. 27/hr. Hourly wage is set by Virginia General Assembly and is not negotiable. Daily hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. ,
