Seeking Part-Time Nanny For 3 Kids (4, 2 And 7mo)

We are a family of 5 looking for a babysitter/nanny to join our crew as we navigate both parents working full time. Dad has been staying home the past year with the kids, so this is new for all of us! We have a spunky 4-year-old, a sweet but active 2-year-old and what will be a 7-month-old. Our kids love playing outside (we have a huge backyard), doing crafts and playing make believe. We are looking for someone to arrive as dad leaves for work (11:30) and leave as mom comes home (5-5:30). The biggest responsibility will be picking up our 2 and 4-year-old from their half-day preschool two out of the three days a week. This would involve driving all 3 kids, so we have a van you can use. Other responsibilities include meal preparation (aka heating up in the microwave) and light housework (just making sure the place doesn't get too wrecked). The two youngest kids nap in the afternoon for a while, while the oldest has quiet time. We are willing to pay hourly or salary (set amount every month).
