We are a busy family in Falls Church, VA, looking for a caring and energetic Nanny/Parent's Helper or Au Pair to support our family with three young boys (ages 6, 4, and almost 2). This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, has a teaching mindset, and is fluent in Spanish (or near fluent) to provide semi-structured Spanish lessons. Responsibilities: Morning (8-11am): o Assist with the morning routine, including dropping off the 4-year-old at preschool on some days and walking the 6-year-old to the bus stop. o Clean up the kitchen, empty the dishwasher, and assist with any light housework (including boys' laundry). Evening (4-6:30pm): o Pick up the 6-year-old from the bus at 4:30 p.m. o Provide Spanish lessons in a fun, interactive way that fits into the daily routine. o Make the lunches and help prep for dinner
