Mother's Helper For Infant

We are looking for someone caring and nurturing to help us with watching our infant son (born Feb 2025) in Fairfax. Both parents wfh and we need someone to help us watch the baby, provide light assistance with chores around the house related to the baby, and some minor related chores (e. g., meal prep, laundry) for our two older girls that are 9 and 7. However, since our older children are in school during the daytime, we would aim for the person to be primarily focused on the infant. We would prefer a nanny who is active, caring, has infant experience, does not smoke, can transport themselves to our home, and who is CPR certified.
