About the job
Our 3-year-old foster daughter has recently been hospitalized due to pneumonia and related medical complications. We are unsure when she will be able to return to school as her body is still fighting off the infection. The doctors said it may be months before her body fully heals. We are looking for daytime care for her at our home so we can return to work. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nanny who can provide some nursing care. We are hoping to find someone who will prepare meals, administer medications, and provide creative activities for our daughter as she recovers from this illness. She is not contagious, but may run a fever and have difficulty breathing at times. We will provide the necessary training. Our daughter is typically fun and full of energy. But, during this illness she has been quite fatigued and at times in pain. Please only apply for this job if you are able to commit to the Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00 schedule.
