Caring Nanny Needed For 2 Year Old In Fair Oaks

Our current nanny is moving, so we are in need of a caring part-time nanny starting Feb 24th, 2025. We live in Fair Oaks and need help from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. four days a week. We are flexible on which days of the week and start date can also be flexible. We wouldn't need anything except toddler care - diaper changes, playing, feeding, etc. She is on one nap a day and will likely need support to sleep (patting, comforting, etc). We would love a nanny that is mindful of milestones and encourages learning. Our daughter is sweet, smart, and curious. We follow gentle/attachment (not passive) parenting principles - emotional regulation and guidance with firm boundary setting and enforcement as opposed to using distraction, manipulation, shame, etc. It is important to us that our nanny is mindful of that as well.
