About the job
We hope to find a nanny who shares our Christian faith/values! Responsibilities: Provide a nurturing environment for our sons to learn and grow Use age-appropriate discipline and emotional connection to cultivate kindness and respect with our toddler and between siblings Lots of baby holding/wearing, stroller walks, outdoor play (you'll need to find creative ways to wear out our energetic toddler :)) Juggle baby + toddler nap & meal schedule Change diapers, help a potty training toddler Light meal and bottle prep Clean up after kids (no unrelated housework) - toy pickup/general tidying, wiping down surfaces after meals and washing kids' dishes Communicate with parents regularly and be OK with WFH Mom occasionally coming out, eg to breastfeed or hang out during lunch (I will give you space otherwise!)
