Part-time Nanny Needed For 23 Mo Child In Fairfax

Our wonderful nanny will be moving, so we are need of a caring part-time nanny starting Jan 2025. We live in Fair Oaks and need help from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 3 days a week. We are flexible on which days of the week, but MWF or MTW would likely work best. Start date is also flexible. We wouldn't need housekeeping, just toddler care - diaper changes, playing, feeding, etc. She is on one nap a day and will likely need support to sleep (patting, comforting, etc). We would love a nanny that is mindful of milestones and encourages learning. Our daughter is sweet, smart, and curious. We follow gentle/attachment (not passive) parenting principles - emotional regulation and guidance with firm boundary setting and enforcement as opposed to using distraction, manipulation, shame, etc. It is important to us that our nanny is mindful of that as well.
