Caring Babysitter For 16month Old Boy

I posted this job previously and got a lot of interest, but I didn't get to respond to everyone before I closed it. For anyone seeing this again, I'm sorry I didn't get to respond to you! I am looking for someone very caring and genuine to keep my 16-month-old busy. He walks and runs but is wobbly and quite clumsy. I need someone that's attentive and puts safety first before all. No screen time during babysitting hours please. He is going through some nap changes and so his nap schedule is all over the place. Hard to predict when he will nap. So if you're clocked in and the baby is sleeping, I'd like some help with cleaning and what not. I'm a stay at home mom, so I'll be there. Just need part time help so I can rest too.
