Our child, an only child, loves being outdoors and staying active. He has a keen interest in Spiderman, cars, trucks, and Pokemon. A typical day starts with a 6:00/6:30 a.m. wake-up, followed by changing out of pajamas and having breakfast. We watch TV for 30 minutes before heading outside to play on the playground or visit the pool. Afterward, we return for lunch and a nap. Post-nap, we repeat the morning activities before having dinner and going to bed.
