Afternoon Help For Joyful 6-year Old With Special Needs

We are looking for afternoon help with our sweet and joyful 6-year-old son with special needs. He is able to scoot himself on the floor but needs full assistance to walk and transfer locations. This role will pick him up from school, participate in therapies, and integrate therapy goals in everyday play. You will plan and coordinate fun developmental activities, go on outdoor adventures, and support play-focused learning. The ideal candidate is Covid vaccinated, fluent in English, willing to be trained on my children's specific needs, high energy, and will be a partner in implementing development strategies. Also the ideal candidate needs to be fit and able to lift/transfer 50lbs, and is willing to be paid via a payroll system.
