30-40 Hrs/Week Nanny For Joyful 6-year-old With Special Needs And Adorable 2-year-old

We are looking for a long-term nanny to support our joyful 6-year-old son with special needs (mobility limits, developmental delays, etc.) and adorable almost 2-year-old girl. For the 6-year-old, you will pick him up from school and integrate therapy goals in everyday play. When he is in school, you will be watching the 2-year-old. With both you will plan and coordinate fun developmental activities, go on outdoor adventures, and support play-focused learning. During naps or when no child oversight is needed, this role also helps with meal prep and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate is Covid vaccinated, is fluent in English, is willing to be trained on my children's specific needs, is high energy, will be a partner in implementing development strategies, able to lift/transfer 50lbs, and is willing to be paid via a payroll system.
