Nanny Needed 4 Days A Week For 6 Month Old Starting In January

I am going back to work in January 2025 and am interested in a nanny for our son 4 days a week from about 8:00-3:30. This position will be for 8-12 months We are looking for someone to watch our son in their own home, so we are looking for someone nearby. It would be great if you could pick up our son from our house in the morning. We are also open to sharing a nanny with another family who has one child. My son was born in June so he'll be around 6 months old in January 2025. I'm looking for someone who can keep him on a good napping schedule and will actively engage in baby activities (books, tummy time, talking to him, etc.) when he's awake. We'll have a contract and pay through a payroll service
