Hi. I am looking for care for my daughter that has rare genetic disorder, seizure disorder, mobility issues, feeding difficulties, wears diapers, non-verbal. Age:16. Functions from 6months to 2 years. Must be able to physically assist with with transfers and walking. Weight is 140lbs. Has a hoyer lift and walking gate belt. Position is through wavier. Up to 56 hrs a week. Pay is every 2 weeks. Start is $13. 34 with a 2% raise in July. Daily hours would be submitted online and paid by the state. Prior to hiring paperwork would have to be filled out and submitted to state for approval of employment.
