TLC Family Care is seeking Caregivers for Adults and Children in Richmond, VA working in family homes! If you're a dedicated individual passionate about both childcare and elder care with experience working with adults needing support and children, infants to 12 years we want you on our team! TO APPLY Copy & Paste this link to a browser Compensation and Benefits The base pay rate is $20 per hour for 1 to 2 children, $21 for 3 children, and $20 for 4 children. Experience working with children of all ages and comfortable with pets. The base pay rate is $18 per hour for 1 to 2 children, $19 for 3 children, and $20 for 4 children. For those with no infant experience and pet limitations.. Bonuses: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives Payment: Weekly direct deposit Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week Holiday Pay: For most nationally observed holidays Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked Healthcare: $0 primary care telehealth appointments, health care advocate services 401-K: Matching after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked Support: An agency that treats you like family, providing support and coaching Schedule Availability: 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday) TIME: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements Age: At least 18 years old Must be willing to work with both children and adult Communication: Excellent texting skills for updates and availability Experience: Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare 2 childcare references required License: Valid driver's license and vehicle Commitment: Minimum 3 months If Hired Work Status: Legal work status in the US Certification: Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment Orientation: Complete an online orientation How It Works Create Your Schedule: Set your availability through our TLC Calendar Get Matched: TLC assigns shifts based on your availability, experience, and preferences Work Your Shift: Shifts vary in length and timing. If a shift is under 4 hours, you will still be paid for 4 hours Work in Multiple Family Homes: You'll work for a variety of wonderful families throughout the week.
