I have an 18-month-old who will be closer to 2 by the time I need care. I'm a nurse and have a crazy changing schedule that I'm not sure about yet. I may need overnights or day shifts for over 12 hour shifts. She is easy going, I just need you to prepare meals, clean up a little, take her outside for activities, let the dog out. Little things like that. If it is an overnight shift, she is a good sleeper and there should be little to no tasks, just being there with her.
