We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for our 4-year-old son who has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) focusing on behavioral support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs, and will be responsible for providing after-school care, transportation, and support for extracurricular activities. Responsibilities: School Pickup: Collect our son from his school at 2:00 p.m. daily. Afternoon Care: Provide a healthy snack upon arrival home and supervise a restful nap or quiet time. Extracurricular Activities: On Mondays and Wednesdays, transport him to and from karate class (4:00 p.m. 5:00 PM).
