Newborn will be 3 mos old following my maternity leave. Ideal day would be diaper changing, feeding (provided milk or formula), play/care attention, sleeping. Possible helping mother-in-law or mother present. If flexible, I might need spare help on weds-fri if I need to go into the office/ have meetings/ and mom(s) not available.
