Nanny Needed For Easygoing Twin Almost 3YO Boys In Charlottesville

We are looking for a part time nanny for our twin sons. They turn 3 in May and are fairly easy to care for: they like to eat, play with cars or Legos, and take walks or play on our patio. We are a trilingual family, but the twins understand English and can sign for basic things. We have a newborn too, but she is cared for by the parents or grandparents and is as chill as newborns get (she eats and sleeps all day). We have 2 dogs that are crated when our current nanny is around and a large yard+patio where the kids love to play. Current nanny is leaving Charlottesville after her parental leave ends-she is due in April so we are looking for someone to start at the end of March. We are flexible with the arrangement of hours. All meals and snacks will be prepared and only clean-up after kids is required
