Seeking a full-time (~30 hrs/week) nanny to take over an existing nanny share with two babies (8mo and 9mo). Our current nanny is moving out of state. Our families live about 3 blocks apart. We trade off between our houses each week, and both moms are frequently home to check in and offer support as needed. We're looking for someone kind,, nurturing, energetic, and communicative. We would love someone who gets on the floor to engage in play, encourages language development through songs and books, takes the babies on stroller walks for some fresh air, and genuinely delights in spending time with babies. Duties include providing safe play opportunities, changing diapers, feeding with bottles and solid foods, and facilitating naps. Start date is flexible: we're happy to start sooner or slightly later for the right person!
