Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Charlottesville

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Charlottesville. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We are both in hospitality, so our schedules vary. Traditional daycare we fear will not fit our needs due to our unique work schedules. We are thinking we will need coverage for 3 or more days a week, these days may fluctuate and will likely include weekends. We are also hoping to work out schedules to where childcare would only need to be for 6 hours or so a day but could be a full day as well. We would love to find someone who would be comfortable in our very pet friendly home. But are open to taking M elsewhere.
