About the job
Our family is relocating to Charlottesville in early April and seeks a loving, reliable nanny to provide full time childcare for two young children (ages 3 years and 6 months) for several months as we transition to the area. Depending on the fit, there may be the possibility to explore a longer term arrangement beyond this transition period. Both parents will be working from home (Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30-4:30 with some flexibility). Preferred: Our 3-year-old has been in a Spanish speaking daycare since she was a baby and speaks both English and Spanish; therefore a Spanish speaking nanny would be our ideal, though not required. The ideal candidate will be engaging with kids, including helping them to enjoy and explore nature. They will also ideally be knowledgeable about safe handling of breastmilk and first aid/CPR certified.
