Nanny Needed For My Children In Charlottesville.

Hello! We have an active and loving 2-year-old who loves to be outside, sing, and play make-believe with another baby on the day (due in August). My husband, Josh, and I are looking for someone to provide normal nanny activities including childcare, preparing meals for child and transportation. We also have a gentle, medium-sized dog who needs to be let out and loves to go for walks :). We both work at UVA medical center with fluctuating schedules, averaging 40 hours/week each month, usually with one week 45-50 hours, one week 30-35 hours and 2 weeks at 40 hours. We plan to provide guaranteed 40-hour/week base pay, 1. 5x overtime, paid time off, and possible assistance with benefits if needed.
