We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child part-time in Charlottesville. We are looking for 15-20 hours a week, from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Responsibilities to include feeding, playing, and ensuring safe naps and light housework related to child. It is important someone is willing to be present with the child physically and emotionally, giving him attention, engaging with him, and teaching him to safely explore his skills and surroundings. Mother will often (but not always) be working from home. We do have a large dog, so comfort with animals is a must, but you will not have responsibilities for the dog. We are looking for someone curious, engaging, and fun but who will take safety and responsibility seriously.
