Looking For Full-time Nanny Starting Mid-August

We just moved to Charlottesville, and we are looking for a fulltime nanny (M-F 8am-4pm) starting mid-August. We have a 10-month-old son. We are also exploring doing a nanny share with another family so there may be two babies around the same age. We live in Fry's Spring and have two lovely & baby-friendly dogs. We would love to find a nanny with experience with methodologies like Montessori, RIE, conscious discipline, etc. We love to have our son spend time outdoors as much as possible. We are looking for someone who loves babies and will delight in his development alongside us!
