We're seeking a nurturing, flexible caregiver who embraces a gentle parenting approach, to take care of our 15-month-old toddler. He is a sweet, energetic and smart kid who loves playing. Our ideal nanny is a true partner in parenting. Someone who respects our approach, communicates openly, and balances gentle parenting with structure. We prioritize his sleep and prefer someone more flexible and attuned to his needs. This is a W2 position. Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, federal holidays off and sick days. Needs to have 2 references.
