We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic individual to provide one-on-one support to an 11-year-old child with Autism and ADHD (non-verbal) during the summer. This role includes accompanying the child to summer camps, therapies, and offering support within the home. The ideal candidate will blend structure with flexibility, offering guidance and inclusion while respecting the child's need for spontaneous social interactions. Provide 1:1 assistance to facilitate the childs successful participation in summer programs and therapy sessions Support integration into group activities while promoting independence and natural social interaction Collaborate with camp staff, co-counselors, and to ensure consistency in care and communication
