The child's grandmother lives near by, and is also happy to help, but she is retired and can't do 5 days a week. We are looking to get a nanny for the other days so so can go back to work. Either a college kid with some empty days, or a nanny with some open days in her schedule would both be great. My wife also works from home sometimes, but would not be free to watch the child. Our daughter is very well behaved, and I think this would be a great entry level nanny job.
