We live on a small farm and have a 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old daughter who love to be active and creative. Our current nanny has been wonderful but graduated from nursing school and is starting a new job. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
