My job requires me to be at work at 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday. I usually work one OT shift a week, where I would also have to be at work at 3 a.m. I would like to have someone in my house to cover me when I have to be at work. I have a spare room in my house which would be yours in addition to what we agree on as an hourly rate. This would be a very relaxed position. Some weeks it would require little to no commitment on your part for childcare. I would be able to give you several days advance warning when I would need you to watch my daughter. The rest of your time would be your own. I have no housekeeping expectations.
