My child is undergoing treatments and I want Nanny to be extra careful.. should not come if Nanny is sick or surrounded by sick people. Non-smoking and should be Montessori accredited to teach my kid and should keep him busy with activities with a bit of discipline and education. A little help in kitchen when toddler sleeps helps.
