Reoccurring Babysitter

I'm looking for an engaging babysitter for 2 children. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, homework, and willing to engage with children when on the job. Ideally, we would prefer someone who we could consistently hire at least 3-4 x each month with the possibility of increasing the frequency throughout the year.
