Hello my name is Mark, it's a pleasure to meet you. My wife is coming off a 4 month maternity leave and 2 children while working at home will be too distracting. The 4-5-month-old might need to be held and interacted with when my wife has calls or work that is urgent. Mostly our 2. 5-year-old will just need someone kind and thoughtful to spend time. Minimal screen time and it would defeat the purpose if our caretaker was always on her phone. We want our son to feel like he matters. He is very sweet, intelligent and loves to moves his body/do just about anything as long as he has someone to do it with.
