Looking for a nanny for two young girls (6 months and 5 months) in Arlington, VA. Ideally looking for someone longer term, who is warm and gives the two young ones lots of attention! Light housekeeping would be great when appropriate (during naps, etc), but we're not expecting a cleaner by any means.
