Were looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Mother's Helper to join our family and support us with our four young children. This role is about assisting the parents - being an extra pair of hands, giving the kids one-on-one attention, and helping the household run smoothly. Think of yourself as a caring older sibling: engaged, kind, playful, and happy to pitch in where needed. Responsibilities: - Engage in one-on-one play and connection with the children - Assist parents during meals, outings, and transitions -Help with light household tasks like dishes, laundry, tidying - Occasionally help prep or clean up meals/snacks - Maintain a positive, calm, and warm presence in the home - Travel with us to our Beach home every 3rd weekend (private room with bathroom included) Requirement: - Must be willing to be paid via payroll
