B will be 4 months when I go back to work. I'm looking for a nanny who speaks German to expose her to the language. German is my moms first language, but unfortunately I never learned. I'm also looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in caring for an infant and is willing to play with her and continue her physical, mental, and emotional development skills. We also have a dog (vizsla) named deacon, who will have to be let out in the back yard from time to time.
